Memory Foam Topper / Overlay FAQ

Where do I put the Topper/Overlay?
The topper is designed to sit on top of your existing mattress and underneath your sheet. Remember you should always air your bed for at least half an hour before you make it in the morning.

Is it safe to use an electric blanket with my topper/overlay?
Yes this is fine. Just place your electric blanket on top of the topper and under your sheet as normal.

I am waking with back pain. Will memory foam topper/overlay help?
If you have a soft bed then a topper will probably not help you. To work properly a memory foam topper needs to have a good base to support it. A new memory foam mattress might be a better solution.

I have a very firm bed. Will a topper/overlay help with my pressure points?
As long as your bed is not very old and still supports you well, a memory foam topper will probably help your pressure points and give you a better night’s sleep.
